Cleartrip had a big list of customers as they are in tour management.

Registering lots of complains every day and tracking the activities was nearly impossible with their previous software application. It was not possible for them to avoid this problem and go ahead with the existing solution for the delicate and critical customer care process. . They were also facing the problem in managing the potential customer list, managing the cases, managing the contact list and sending bulk mails to the valuable contacts.

Veon consulting suggested SugarCRM for this. Veon customized few existing modules of SugarCRM and integrated with few completely new developed modules. New modules were Air fulfillment, Hotel fulfillment, offline payment and refund modules.
For new modules Veon used SugarCRM as a framework and successfully integrated it with the existing and customized modules. Veon also configured and customized Campaign management module for Cleartrip. Main challenge for Veon was the time constrain. But we were committed to deliver the quality in the limited time span also.
